2º A BILINGÜE: CLASE DEL 16 DE MARZO
Good morning everybody!
Last Thursday, we finished our History class talking about daily life in Christian cities.
As we have not been able to make our exam today, we are going to continue with this unit.
Today, we should have studied how culture and art were in Christian Kingdoms during the Middle Ages.
You must see the power point that I have already sent you last week. Today we are going to study from the 42 to the 45 slides. They are all about culture and how it developed during this period.
You also must read page 158 of your textbook.
First of all, copy in your notebook the vocabulary that is in the 43th slide. After that, read the 44th slyde that is about medieval culture.
You will see that the most important cultural city in Spain during the 11th century was Toledo. Now, in your notebook, try to write a text imaging yourself in Toledo during the 11th century. You must include the next words:
- Jews.
- Muslims.
- Christians.
- Toledo School of Translators.
- Coexistence.
